The International Chinese Martial Arts Championship is approaching this fall and our summer camp is perfect to work on refining skills for the tournament. The three hour class will include kung fu basics (which even advanced students need to practice continually), weapons training, empty hand kung fu, self-defense, and meditation for calming the mind. Requests to learn something new are welcome. The students will receive rest periods in between sessions. Ages 4 and up.
